The reason why I ask is that there are various affiliate marketing tips that will help you increase website traffic to promote your affiliate marketing programs. 

Today, I would like to share with you one of my favorite techniques …blogging.   

Blogging can be a very effective way to drive targeted traffic to your websites, affiliate marketing programs, and products.

Just as there are a lot of internet and affiliate marketing tips, you’ll also find many different blogging tips being promoted on the internet.

The vast majority of these are technical:

•  Keyword research

•  On page SEO

•  Attention grabbing titles

•  The use of tags

•  Using alt text for images

•  Etc.

Now, all of these blogging tips are great …but, keep in mind, they only help visitors to your website to initially find the blog post. 

Yes, that’s important …but it’s only the beginning.

Once they have found your post, the main goal is for your visitors to actually take their time and read the post.

This is where the importance of your content comes into play.

You should write about a subject or a product that you believe in

…something that you want to share with others.

You also want to write your post in a way that will get your visitors to read it.

Today’s blogging tip:   when writing your blog posts, have a little fun with them.

Even if you’re writing about a “serious” subject such as financial freedom  or raising successful children, your blog posts don’t always have to be serious all the time.

The post deals with the “important” and serious subject of raising successful children …but the video looks like it might be fun to watch

…or maybe some visitors will watch the video just to see why it’s included in the post. 

Either way, the video will be watched.

This increases your website’s ranking. 

Google and the other search engines will notice that people are staying on your site for a decent amount of time …at least 6 minutes.

Longer if your visitors begin looking around your website.

This is one of the reasons why it’s important to have interesting headlines for your blog posts.

You want your visitors spending time on your blog …going from post to post …page to page.

This length of time on site is actually part of the algorithims that the search engines use to calculate a website’s popularity.

The more time a visitor spends on your website, the better score it will receive …

resulting in a higher ranking.

Higher ranking means more website traffic.

More website traffic means more visitors to your blog.

“People do business with people they know, like, and trust.”

Having more blog traffic gives you more opportunities to build trust and long-term relationships with your readers.

People will actually look at your website and offers.

This, in turn, will give you a higher conversion rate where you will be turning more visitors into customers.

In the end, you’ll make a lot more money.

Blogging is a great way to increase website traffic.

And it can be fun!
