The 8 Core Commitments were created for you to have balance between business and life so that you can maintain focus on the lifestyle that you want to live.

This entire plan for your business is designed to fit into 3 hours a day.

  * 1 Hour Of Education

  * 2 Hours Of Marketing

Normally, individuals who are serious about building a real profitable and sustainable business will commit to working and building their business for a minimum of 1 year.

This may sound intimidating for someone that is new …but, if you are serious about learning how to make money blogging and building an online business, you need to make a promise to yourself to commit to applying these 8 Core Commitments for the next 90 days at a minimum.

This 3 hour a day commitment is for those who are building a business part time.

If you are full time in building your business, scale it out and work on your business 6-8 hours per day …with 4-5 hours of marketing and 2-3 hours of education.

If you are choosing to work full time, please do not rush into the decision. Even the top earner in Empower Network started part time and remained working at their regular job …until their monthly income became more than enough to comfortably leave.

Building A Business While Having A Life

Keep in mind that these concepts can be applied to any business that you are building.

1. Get Your Own Merchant Account

You want to be able to collect payments directly and be responsible for the amount that you receive.  You want to have this control and responsibility to be a true business owner and entrepreneur.  With your own merchant account you can use it for any other products that you create and sell in the future.

2. Blog Daily

Login to your Empower Network blog and create a new blog post every single day for a minimum of the next 90 days.

3. Market Daily

Smart business owners will reinvest 20% of their revenue before they spend it on other stuff.  They spend this money on sending paid traffic to their sites.  Paid traffic is more than just setting up a Facebook PPC campaign  –  paid traffic has many more options available that we fully cover in the 15K Formula training within the Empower Network.

4. New Member Coaching

All business owners know that it is less expensive to keep the customers they have than it is to gain new customers. Y our biggest sales are going to come from those who trust you and have already purchased from you.  You become their resource for what to do next …and, by pointing them to the resources that will help them, they will purchase those resources from you and remain a customer.  Whether you are an affiliate of Empower Network or building another business, always welcome your new members, customers and affiliates.

5. Empower Hour

Every Monday night at 9PM Eastern you can plug in and listen to the Empower Hour.  These calls consist of only those who are top producers within their business …so that you are only learning from those who have achieved success, and are actually producing, to keep you on target in what you should be doing and learning in your business.

6. Listen To Audio Daily

During your downtime …driving, exercising or cleaning the house …listen to audios from people that are already successful so that you can learn what they are doing, how they think, and to listen to their speech patterns.  By listening to them daily, you will begin to transform your thoughts, actions and speech into that of a successful business owner.

7. Read Daily

Spend 15 minutes per day reading.  You can read whatever you choose but, for the purpose of learning how to market, you will want to read forums, blog posts and articles, and email sales copy.  The more you read these, the better you will become at writing your own.

8. Attend Events

There is something that you get from a live event that you just can’t get sitting in front of your computer.  You will get exposure for yourself and your business.  You will network with other successful people and learn from them first hand.  You will have the opportunity to collaborate and form joint ventures.  Whatever it takes, attend events. Not just Empower Network events, but the events of your primary company as well.
