Main concepts:

“It’s easier to build a team  (or customer base)  than it is to keep them around”

“If you want your business to grow, you need to help your people duplicate what you are doing”

“If you can find someone who is getting the results that you want …that you desire …you can model them and start getting the results you’re after”

“The facts are not what makes you the money …it’s the concepts, the principles, and your team …because this is a people business”

“The power triangle is more important than any tactics of SEO or PPC” 

He explained the importance of leveraging yourself through the use of a community and how, in any group of people, there are people who have the power that you need to lift up your business …to lift up your life …to lift up your relationships …to get people to trust you and do business with you.

Finding and using  (in a good way)  these key people is vital to your online success.

When you’re first getting started, you don’t have any marketing power in your prospect’s eyes …so they don’t listen to you.
